AMAZON FLEX AUDITION

SLATE
Frame yourself in camera so you can be seen from the waist up. Look directly into the camera and answer the below questions.
If you have a recent slate that reflects your current look and covers Question 1-4 and your profiles feel free to use it.

1. What is your full name?
2. Are you represented by a talent agent? If so, who?
3. Do you have any visible tattoos (arms, hands, calves, neck, etc.). If so, please show them to us.
4. Show us the front and back of your hands and forearms.
After you answer all questions smile with your teeth and then show us your side profiles (turn to the right and pause, then turn to the left and pause)

SCENE
Please prepare the following 2 scenes, they should be around :15-20 each. 1 take of each is fine but we will review up to 2.

SCENES:
1. You are sitting in a van waiting in line to pick up food from the food pantry. Show us what it looks like for you to wait. Are you on the phone and looking up to check if the line has moved? Maybe you are checking to make sure your teeth are clean in the visor or bopping out to some music. Use your own creativity here. After :10-15, its your turn to move up in line and park.
2. Show us :10-15 of you loading the boxes from the food bank into the back of your van, close the trunk.
