1. What is your full name? 2. How tall are you? 3. Where are you located? 4. Are you represented by a talent agent? If so, who?
If you have glasses on, please take them off briefly and smile. After you answer all questions smile with your teeth and then show us your side profiles.

FOCUS ON YOUR FACIAL EXPRESSIONS: All of these scenes are non-verbal, we really need to see how you can express these subtle emotions with your face. Feel free to look directly at or near the camera, we want to be able to see most of your face.
DIALOGUE: You are free to add some lines in here and there as you see fit, but please keep these moments mostly non-verbal.
SUBTLE NOT OVERLY DRAMATIC: We are looking for performances that feel genuine and authentic, nothing over dramatic or cheesy, we want to honor these real life experiences by portraying them realistically. Subtle is the name of the game here, don't go over the top.
REMEMBER THE CHARECTER DESCRIPTION FROM THE CASTING BREAKDOWN AND INCORPORATE THEM.
SCENE 1: WAITING
Context: Ann's son was on a mountaineering trip with his highschool when she received the call that their group has gone missing in a bad storm. Ann is waiting at the lodge at the base of the mountain with the other parents.
Scene:Show us :20+ of Ann waiting anxiously in the lodge, staring up at the mountain through the lodge window hoping her son will be found. She is anxious but also strong and holding it together. Show us her looking at the mountain, maybe having small interactions with another parent, etc. She isn't crying.
SCENE 2: HOSPITAL
Ann's son Giles has been found alive luckily, but unfortunately he has lost both of his legs. Ann is in the hospital room with him when he comes to and realizes that he has lost his legs. She appears calm for her son on the outside but is really in emotional turmoil.
Please take your time with these scenes, feel free to send several versions of each scene if you want to show different reactions.
