Headshots: 1-2 Headshots. This does not have to be a professional headshot. Any recent, nice quality photo that reflects your current look will work. If you have professional headshots, feel free to include them.

Recent Selfie:​ Please take and send a recent selfie of you smiling with your teeth. 

Full Body Photos: Please take and send 3 full body photos. 1 straight on to the camera and 2 of your side profiles (face right, then facing left)

Other Photos: Feel free to include other photos of yourself that you like that you feel reflect your current look.

Tattoos or scars: If you have any prominent tattoos or major scars (hands, arms, chest, neck, face, calves) please include photos of them.
