SLATE / INTRODUCTION VIDEO INSTRUCTIONS:
Frame yourself up so you are seen from the waist up with horizontal framing. Look into the camera and answer the below questions
If you already have a RECENT slate that reflects your current look and answers the below questions, feel free to use it!

You are working at a desk in The Replacement Department. You are watching a screen on the wall that shows live footage of one of your customers breaking their sunglasses while golfing.
SUPERVISOR: We have a situation on the 13th green
You start typing furiously and talking into your headset.
DESK AGENT 1: We’re on it.

You are working at a desk in The Replacement Department. You just watched a customer place their sunglasses on the top of their car and drive away.
DESK AGENT 1: Tyler is gonna need new Shady Rays Classics.
SUPERVISOR: Let’s get him another pair, fast.

Recent Photos: 1-3 recent high quality photos that reflect your current look. These do not have to be professional headshots.
Full Body Photos: Please include at least one full body picture that reflects your current body type and look.
Tattoos or scars: If you have any prominent tattoos or major scars (hands, arms, chest, neck, face, calves) please include photos of them.
