2. How tall are you?
3. Where are you located?
4. Are you represented by a talent agent? If so, who?

If you have glasses on, please take them off briefly and smile.
After you answer all questions smile with your teeth and then show us your side profiles.

SCENES:

FRAMING: Frame yourself in camera so you can be seen from the chest up.

FOCUS ON YOUR FACIAL EXPRESSIONS:  All of these scenes are non-verbal, we really need to see how you can express these subtle emotions with your face. Feel free to look directly at or near the camera, we want to be able to see most of your face.

DIALOGUE: You are free to add some lines in here and there as you see fit, but please keep these moments mostly non-verbal.

SUBTLE NOT OVERLY DRAMATIC: We are looking for performances that feel genuine and authentic, nothing over dramatic or cheesy, we want to honor these real life experiences by portraying them realistically. Subtle is the name of the game here, don't go over the top.

REMEMBER THE CHARECTER DESCRIPTION FROM THE CASTING BREAKDOWN AND INCORPORATE THEM.

SCENE 1 THE DRIVE

Frank is driving his son  to drop him off for a mountaineering trip. They make light jokes but his son is nervous about the climb, Frank encourages him and distracts him by talking about what dinner his son wants when he gets back from the climb. "Pasta night?"

His son gets out of the car, they say goodbye and then Frank gets a bad feeling and sits with it.

Show us 20-30 seconds of this interaction. Frank has a sparkle in his eye and loves to tease his son. There is a lot of love there, but keep it from being cheesy.

SCENE 2: AT THE LODGE

Frank received a call that his sons mountaineering group has gone missing on the mountain in a snow storm. Frank is at the lodge waiting for news, he has already unraveled and pulled himself back together. He is worried but strong. Someone enters the room and informs him and other parents that some of the kids on the trip have passed away, they need them to come to the hospital to help identify bodies. Frank is devastated and spirals emotionally.

SCENE 3: HOSPITAL

Frank is at the hospital where he has been asked to identify if a body is his son Patrick. He approaches the table where a body is laying, covered, when he is ready, he nods to the hospital employee to lift the covering off the body. He is completely numb as he discovers it is his son on the table.

Please take your time with these scenes, go slow and focus on your facial expressions and eyes. Feel free to send several versions of each scene if you want to show different reactions. MAKE SURE WE CAN SEE YOUR FACE.
