PROJECT DETAILS AND TERMS:
An educational commercial series about how Washington State is transitioning to 100% clean electricity by 2045. Few people know about it, and some people are still skeptical about relying on clean electricity. This work isn’t under the PSE brand, but is a PSA “in partnership with PSE.
Overall we’re looking for people who have interesting looks and nuanced comedic timing and physicality. They have a magnetic “je ne sais quois”quality—but who authentically embody the essence and demographics of our fellow Washingtonians. These are regular people. They’re our neighbors, fellow bus riders, colleagues, people we see at the grocery store or the park— and of course, our favorite greasy spoon diner or the pool hall down the street.
This campaign includes 3 different :15 video spots "Green Looks Great On You", "Yasss, clean!" and "Heard It On The Green". Each video talent will be in ONE of these spots, except for "Dave" and our "Green Haired Woman" who will be in two.
It also includes three:10 social videos and 7 still photo creatives. Each photo talent will have 1 still photo creative unique to them. 3 photo talents will be pulled into a unique :10 social video.

The talent performer agreement will detail that CLIENT shall have the right to use all video recordings to be used in Broadcast & Streaming TV, Internet & New Media, including all lifts, edits, variations, cut downs. TV Historical Uses: Materials may be used anywhere in the world by CLIENT and its AGENCY at sales meetings and for the intra-company, research, award, publicity (including, without limitation, on CLIENT’S advertising agency ‘reel’ and website), file, reference and social media archive purposes to be granted in perpetuity

ON CAMERA VIDEO PRINCIPAL RATES:
SESSION FEE: $500 for a session up to 10 hours. 1-2 sessions per talent.
FITTING FEE: $50/hour
BUYOUT/USE FEE: $1,750. To be paid only if performer makes final edit. Not guaranteed. This is PER SPOT, so Dave and Green Haired Woman who are in 2 spots will get 2 use fees.
AGENCY FEE: +20%
STILLS & SOCIAL VIDEOS OCP RATES: Still photo talent are separate from video talent.

In "Heard It On the Green" we see Dave playing putt putt with his grandson making small talk about how the state is going green. Two of his other family members are nearby.
