Iron Mountain Casting is a full service Casting Company remotely casting photo and video campaigns for projects of all sizes. We partner with marketing agencies, production companies and brands all over the US to help them find the ideal talent for commercials, PSA's, still photoshoots, testimonial videos, etc. We cast roles of all kind but we specialize in casting hard to find talent, real people, and niche demographics. We find the talent that others could not and we are yet to find a role we can't fill. Forget the cookie cutter, old school methods of casting, we are agile and adapt our methods to the needs of each individual project. We cast projects Nationwide but the bulk of our work is in Seattle, Portland, San Diego, Los Angeles, Denver and New York. |

WHAT WE CARE ABOUT
We put a heavy focus on amplifying the voices, faces, and stories of marginalized communities. We are keenly aware of the role that Casting Directors play in ensuring diverse and inclusive representation and we don't hold that responsibility lightly.
We believe that diverse and inclusive casting has to go beyond WHO we ultimately put on the screen, HOW we get them there is just as important. For this reason we put a heavy emphasis on accessible, diverse, inclusive casting methods. We aim to make our projects and processes inclusive to all genders, physical/mental abilities, sexualities, ethnicities, body types, and viewpoints. This mentality starts with the role descriptions and we aim to carry through every process and conversation until our final cast is booked.
