SLATE / INTRODUCTION VIDEO INSTRUCTIONS:
Frame yourself up so you are seen from the waist up with horizontal framing. Look into the camera and answer the below questions
If you already have a RECENT slate that reflects your current look and answers the below questions, feel free to use it!

3. Do you have a talent agent? If so, who?
4. Where are you located?
After answering these questions please smile and show us your profiles (Turn to the right and pause, then turn to the left and pause)

SCENE INSTRUCTIONS:

SCENE 1:
In the control room at The Replacement Department. Our Supervisor is talking to Camera, everyone else is working around her.
SUPERVISOR (TALKING TO CAMERA): When someone loses or breaks their sunglasses, we make it right. Fast!
DESK AGENT 2: Ma’am, we have a developing situation involving a zipline.
Alarms go off in the room.
SUPERVISOR: (TALKING TO HER TEAM AROUND HER): Lock in people! This is what we’re here for!
SCENE 2:
The Supervisor and Deputy Supervisor are in the control room at The Replacement Department watching a situation unfold with one of their customers on a large screen. One of their customers is at the beach, going swimming with their sunglasses on.
DEPUTY SUPERVISOR: Hailey’s gonna lose those in the water.
SUPERVISOR: And there they go.
DESK AGENT: I’m on it.
They watch for a few seconds while a field agent emerges from the water and puts a new pair of sunglasses on Hailey's beach towel. Situation resolved.
DEPUTY SUPERVISOR (Turning to the Supervisor): You going to the beach this summer?
SUPERVISOR: I don’t leave this room.
