PRODUCTION AND COMPENSATION DETAILS:
Production Location: Cle-Elum, WA (Suncadia Resort)
Virtual Fitting: September 11th-13th
Production Dates: September 17th-18th. Each talent will only be needed for 1 day of production. Production will be 6am-8pm (4- 6 hours per talent)
Adult Compensation Rate: $900/4 hours + 20% Agency Fee, rate includes usage
Child Compensation Rate: $400/4 hours +20% Agency Fee, rate includes usage
Local Child Compensation Rate: $200/2 hours +20% Agency Fee for local kids only, rate includes usage
Virtual Wardrobe Fitting: $75 adult, $50 child for an online/call meeting with stylist to discuss styling and wardrobe you have
Wardrobe Rental: $25 per talent for the use of your own wardrobe items
Mileage: Up to $80 mileage total reimbursement

We are looking for 3 active and health-conscious families who enjoy outdoor recreation and relaxation.
All ethnicities (Ideally looking for Caucasian, Asian, SE Asian, Indian, Mixed Race or Ethnically Ambiguous)
All kids must be comfortable interacting with a sibling and/parent or grandparents.
Below are our ideal family age breakdowns, if your family only partially matches one of the below (single parents, siblings, parents and kids, etc.) please still submit as we can hire other talent to supplement the rest of the family!
*No previous experience required but talent should be comfortable in front of a camera and taking direction.
*Potential for overnight accommodation at Suncadia for Family 1 or Family 3 due to early call times. Please let us know if that is a requirement.
REAL COUPLES:
Appearing 30-80 Years Old
All ethnicities (Ideally looking for Caucasian, Asian, SE Asian, Indian, Mixed Race or Ethnically Ambiguous)
Real active and health-conscious couples who enjoy outdoor recreation and relaxation. Couples will be paired with other couples and children to create a multi-generational family. No previous experience required but talent should be comfortable in front of a camera and taking direction.
*Potential for overnight accommodation for 30-40’s couples due to an early call time. Please let us know if that is a requirement in your submission.
INDIVIDUALS:
All ethnicities (Ideally looking for Caucasian, Asian, SE Asian, Indian, Mixed Race or Ethnically Ambiguous) Kids Ages 4-14 Years Old
Adults Between 30-80 years old
If you match one of the above age and ethnicity demographics, but do not have a family or significant other to submit with, we would still love to see a submission from you as we may want to build a family using individuals or or hire you to fill out a family!
*Potential for overnight accommodation for certain roles that require a 6am calltime. Please let us know if that is a requirement in your submission.

Ideally one of the grandparents plays an instrument like guitar, do not need to be highly experienced, just need to look comfortable holding and playing a basic song for still photos and b-roll. - Family 2: (2 Generations)
Grandparents Appearing 60+ and 2 Grandchildren between 4-14 years old
Ideally kids are comfortable riding bikes - Family 3: (2 generations)
Parents in their 40s and 2 Kids between 5-8 years old
